A Complimentary Consultation allows us to determine where you are in the compliance process, and determine what steps are necessary to complete the process. Consulting services are available on a full service basis, a flat fee per individual service, on an annual retainer, or by the hour (as needed). The full service approach offers you a complete analysis of your unique situation, a written plan to achieve compliance, “hands-on” assistance with each step in the process, and in-house training for your employees. Because change always seems to create even more questions, we do not abandon you when the process is complete. Included in the full service approach are weekly consultations for six months following completion of the project. The individual services include a review of your compliance activity to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest regulations, creation or revision of specific forms and notices, developing or revising policies & procedures, or any part of the compliance process you feel may need to be reviewed or updated. If you have a need for ongoing assistance, MEHRINGER & ASSOCIATES may be retained for an annual fee. The retainer includes all services that your business may need to access, including a complete review of your processes and documents, annual employee training, and unlimited consultations. Many companies are staying up-to-date with regulations, but occasionally have a unique situation with which they need assistance. For those companies, utilizing MEHRINGER & ASSOCIATES on an as needed basis makes sense. Your concerns are answered in writing, usually within one business day. NEW NOVEMBER 2010!!! MEHRINGER & ASSOCIATES now offer products to assist you in your compliance. Because your company may be in a unique stage in the compliance process, you may choose to purchase only the documents you need, or the HIPAA Compliance package. The package offers all required HIPAA documents (including HITECH), including an easy to follow Privacy & Security questionnaire. Once you email the completed questionnaire to our company. we develop your Privacy & Security Assessments (with recommendations) and Privacy Policies and Procedures. In addition, we include weekly assistance (via email or phone) for up to 90 days to help you complete the process. For the
agency that must also comply with GLBA (financial privacy), all GLBA
requirements are included at no additional cost. The COBRA compliance package offers COBRA Policies & Procedures tailored to your company, all required notices, and weekly assistance (via email or phone) for up to 30 days. Or you may choose to only purchase the individual notice you need. And as an added bonus... if HIPAA or COBRA requirements change within 6 months of purchase, compliance updates are furnished at no additional cost.
